Keith Pearson

Roofing & Repair Services of Arkansas founder Keith Pearson has built his reputation on hard work, honesty, and a relentless commitment to solving roofing problems for property owners across Northwest Arkansas. Born at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, Keith spent much of his early life growing up along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi before relocating to Northwest Arkansas in 1982, where he has remained ever since.

Keith entered the roofing industry in 2007, gaining hands-on experience working for a local roofing company for three years. During that time, he developed a deep understanding of roofing systems, repair strategies, and the importance of dependable customer service. In January 2010, he launched Roofing & Repair Services of Arkansas with a vision centered on one key principle: helping customers extend the life of their roofs through expert repairs rather than unnecessary replacements.

Under Keith’s leadership, the company established its core competency through a relentless focus on roof repair services. That specialized approach quickly earned the trust of property managers and commercial clients throughout the region, making property management companies one of the business’s primary customer groups. Keith’s practical knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication to quality workmanship helped position the company as a trusted resource for complex roofing issues.

In 2024, Keith partnered with Matt Grigg to launch Craftsman Network, an initiative focused on connecting homeowners and property owners with trusted service professionals and maintenance solutions.

Continuing to expand his expertise and capabilities within the construction industry, Keith attained his unlimited commercial general contractor license in 2025. Today, he remains committed to delivering reliable roofing and repair solutions while building lasting relationships with clients throughout Arkansas and beyond.
